Shane is devoted to the development of assets with sustainable competitive advantage from which long term gains can be made.

He graduated from Massey University in 2006 with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, having upshifted from the Otago BCom.

He has experience in commercialising innovation, including IP protection and capital raising, Commercial property development and capital raising, strategic planning processes, governance & business planning.

He was a director of the Southland Chamber of Commerce, and holds several other directorships.
